THE PROBLEM
With digital being the primary method of communication these days, it’s important to ensure that you are receiving the emails you should be. This is primarily done with the following methods:
- Add the sender to your contact list;
- Regularly check your spam folder and mark emails as “not spam” if they don’t belong there; and
- Add known email addresses to your safe senders list
The process for this differs for each email software, but we found this article that goes over the first two for the most popular email clients, and this article for the last item of our list.
EMAILS FROM MCA ACCOUNTANTS
We use a variety of software packages designed to efficiently send correspondence to you in a secure way, and unfortunately some don’t use our email addresses to send email.
To ensure you get emails from us, you need to mark the following email addresses as safe:
- *@mcaaccountants.com.au (this is us)
- *@au4.nibmushost.net (these relate to our client portal)
- *@3cx.net (these relate to web meeting invitations)
- *@cas360.com.au (these relate to ASIC communications and debt reminders)
- *@syftanalytics.com (these relate to our quarterly reports for Xero and QBO clients)
